Cemetery Description:
Rock Creek sets memorials. There are two fees. The cost for the foundation fee is 75¢ and the care fund fee is 75¢ per square inch of the memorial base. Therefore it is a total of $1.50 per square inch of the base for the foundation and care fund fees.
