I recently ordered a bronze memorial from Eastern Memorials. I shopped around and got cost quotes from three vendors. Eastern memorial’s quote, was by far the lowest. The other two offers, one from another memorial vendor located less than half a mile from Eastern, and the cemetery were approximately 20% higher. When the memorial arrived I notices a number of errors by the foundry (no fault of Eastern Memorials), Eastern Memorials promptly removed and returned the memorial to the foundry for a replacement. Bottom line. GOOD PRICE AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
