The finished headstone for my parents honestly took my breath away! It was so beautiful, so perfect! I was in awe looking at it. Such expert workmanship and attention to detail both on front and back. I thought the working mockup was superb, but it could not compare to seeing the real thing! We came across Eastern Memorial when we searched for a service to make a top cover for our parents' grave site. We contacted Ms. Janie Pham and she had helped us go through the process from the beginning to the completion of the job. All the communication was done through calls and texts as we were out of state, but Ms. Janie handled it smoothly and professionally. She was very responsive, patient and answered all of our questions. As we wanted to start the work in April, our traditional month for tomb sweeping, Eastern Memorial had helped to keep the granite cover in their inventory for many months. Ms. Janie had also helped us to arrange for the work done on the date we requested. On the day of the installation, Mr. Elmer and his team were very friendly and made sure the job was done right to our satisfaction. Although the base at the grave site was built a long time ago, the granite color of the top cover matched the base's perfectly. Our family was very happy and satisfied with their work. Reaching the point of choosing a memorial for your loved one is exhausting. It is perhaps one of the more emotional parts associated with the grieving process. Having someone who recognizes this and makes you as comfortable and cared for in the process is a giant burden lifted from your already tired shoulders. Eastern Memorials did this for us. From the time we arrived until the my Father's plaque was laid, we were treated with great respect and kid gloves. We were guided through the process, advised on our choices, and educated about costs. There was no pressure, only care and empathy. They were significantly less cost than our cemetery and came highly rated. Do give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

My husband died suddenly in July 2020 and was buried in Historic Congressional Cemetery in Washington, DC. I knew he wanted an obelisk for a memorial and saw one at the cemetery whose basic design looked good to me. I contacted Eastern Memorials, which constructed the other memorial, and discovered that I could not have been in better hands. Their service was outstanding. The designer I worked with was not only talented but also compassionate. She heard and accommodated what I wanted and guided me to a better solution whenever one of my ideas wasn't going to work. The two men who installed the memorial (which I observed) were very skilled and extremely nice. The memorial looks beautiful. I highly recommend this firm!

Eastern Memorials went above and beyond to create and install my mother’s memorial monument in less than 3 weeks, just in time for her 49th day Buddhist ritual and for her birthday. I normally do not write reviews but I felt that I just had to for the exceptional service at Eastern Memorial. I purchased the first memorial for my son, which was by far the hardest time of my life. I was referred by a friend and I wanted to make sure that his tribute was perfect. I’d give them 10 stars if I could! The quality and service we received at Eastern could not have been any better. We were treated poorly at the memorial place down the street from Eastern, but treated like family by Kevin at Eastern. At the competitors, we were told the headstone could not be delivered before two to three months. It was delivered in two days from Eastern! We were told the minimum cost would be $3,100 at the other place, Eastern’s price was less than $1,500 engraved and installed! IMHO, God sent us to Eastern.
