Hi Sarah, I have been meaning to send you a heartfelt thanks for all of the assistance and guidance you have given me and Ken with respect to the memorial for my mom.  Thank you also for reaching out to Melvin and Suma…..They made sure that we were fine with the installation, working hard to ensure it was level, in line with the memorials next to it, etc.  I am so grateful to you and Eastern because the memorial is so nice, and is in place in plenty of time for the internment service which will be held this Saturday.
