Each employee of Eastern Memorials has successfully completed a Silica Awareness Training Course. Silica is a naturally occurring mineral which can be found in many things, including granite and other stones that we work with on a daily basis. It can have serious health effects with enough exposure. The training course taught us how to recognize the hazards and protect ourselves properly.
